Sacramento County Department of Airports Nondiscrimination Policy
The Sacramento County Department of Airports (SCDOA) is committed to a policy of nondiscrimination in providing access to public services, programs and activities.
Title VI of the Civil Rights Act of 1964 and related statues ensures that no person shall, on the grounds of race, color, or national origin, sex, creed, disability, or age be excluded from participation in, be denied the benefits of, or be otherwise subjected to discrimination under any program or activity receiving Federal financial assistance.
If you believe that you have been subjected to discrimination, you may file a complaint with the Sacramento County Department of Airports Title VI Program Coordinator or the Federal Aviation Administration Office of Civil Rights within 180 days of the alleged discrimination.
