New Survey Key to Sacramento County Department of Airports Website Success, User Friendliness
SACRAMENTO, CA. — Have you ever wished that an agency would have requested your input before your favorite website was redesigned? Today, the Sacramento County Department of Airports launched its first survey to glean data and feedback from its customers to aid development of a new website for the Sacramento County Department of Airports and its four unique airports: Sacramento International Airport, Mather Airport and Franklin Field.
Today, a website shapes a customer’s first impression of an agency such as the Sacramento County Department of Airports,” said Hardy Acree, Director of Airports. “Survey methods offer the opportunity to better understand the needs of our diverse customers beyond the basics of accessibility tools and information.”
The Website Development Survey asks some basic demographic questions, questions about a customer’s use of Internet and other technology and some specific questions directly related to the Sacramento County Department of Airports website. Responses will be accepted until February 28, 2011. Links to the survey can be found on the home page of the existing website, www.sacairports.org, and Sacramento International Airport’s Facebook and Twitter pages.
