About the Request for Qualifications (RFQ)

Sacramento County Department of Airports (Department) has released its Consolidated Rent-a-Car Facility (ConRAC) Development and Lease Agreement RFQ as part of its major $1.3 billion dollar capital expansion program, SMForward. This RFQ will help the Department form a shortlist of proposers to respond to an upcoming Request for Proposals (RFP) to choose the partner for this project.

The RFQ will be administered through the OpenGov portal. All parties participating in the process must create an OpenGov account to submit a proposal.
