Southwest Adds New Nonstop Service to Boise Beginning January 2016

Sacramento, CA - Southwest will begin new nonstop service between Sacramento (SMF) and Boise (BOI) beginning in January 2016, airport officials have announced.  Boise is a popular winter destination for leisure travelers.

Southwest Airlines is Sacramento International Airport’s largest carrier, offering more than 60 flights a day from its home in Terminal B. In 2014 more than half of all passengers at Sacramento International Airport flew on Southwest.

The flight will be available once a day except Fridays and Sundays beginning Jan. 5, 2016. Tickets are available on Southwest’s website.

The flight schedule is as follows:

Depart Sacramento         Arrive Boise
6:05 p.m.                         8:25 p.m.

FLIGHT 2766

Depart Boise                      Arrive Sacramento
8:25 a.m.                             9 a.m.
