Request For Proposals (RFP) Passenger Boarding Bridge Operation, Inspection And Maintenance Services

The Sacramento County Department of Airports (Department) is soliciting proposals from contractors to provide operation and maintenance services for all Passenger Boarding Bridges (PBB) at SMF.

A Mandatory Pre-Proposal Conference will be held on August 17, 2022, and attendance confirmation for the conference will be accepted through August 11, 2022, at 12:00 p.m. Pacific Daylight Time.

Responses are due by October 14, 2022, 2:00 P.M. Pacific Daylight time.

Request For Qualifications & Experience (RFQ&E) Design Consulting Services For Terminal Exit/Bypass Roadway And Ground Transportation Center at Sacramento International Airport

The Sacramento County Department of Airports (Department) is soliciting proposals from contractors to provide design consulting services for terminal exit/bypass roadway and ground transportation center at Sacramento International Airport under an agreement for such services.

Responses are due by June 10, 2022, 2:00 P.M. Pacific Standard Time.

Addendum #1

Request for Qualifications (RFQ) Hydrant Fuel System Inspection and Maintenance Services

The County of Sacramento (County) is soliciting Statements Of Qualifications from consultants to provide hydrant fuel system inspection and maintenance services for the Sacramento County Department of Airports under an Agreement for such services.  The system is currently charged with nitrogen and is empty of fuel.

Statements Of Qualifications are due by Friday, March 18, 2022, 2:00 p.m. Pacific Daylight Time.

The Sacramento County Department of Airports issued a Request for Qualifications (RFQ) for Hydrant Fuel System Inspection and Maintenance Services at Sacramento International Airport (SMF). The RFQ is posted at https://sacramento.aero/scas/opportunities/bids_and_requests. Responses are due April 22, 2022, by 2:00 p.m. Pacific Daylight Time.

Request for Qualifications (RFQ) - Civil Engineering Services 

The Sacramento County Department of Airports has issued an Request for Qualifications (RFQ) for Civil Engineering Services (Paving Economy Lot Rows 42A to 42M) at Sacramento International Airport. Statements of Qualifications are due by 2 p.m. PST, January 12, 2021.

Request for Proposal (RFP) - Mather Airport Navigational Aid Communication Equipment Maintenance and Repair 

The Sacramento County Contract & Purchasing Services Division has released a Request for Proposal #8708 (RFP) on behalf of the Sacramento County Department of Airports to solicit proposals from qualified vendors for the maintenance and repair of navigational aid equipment (NAVAID) located at the Mather Airport (MHR). The contract that is established as a result of this RFP will be for the use of Sacramento County Department of Airports.

Request for Proposal (RFP) - Identity Management System Security and Badging Software

The Sacramento County Contract & Purchasing Services Division is releasing a Request for Proposal #8716 (RFP) on behalf of the Sacramento County Department of Airports to solicit proposals from qualified vendors for an Identity Management System Security and Badging software. The Department of Airports has determined the need to implement an Identity Management System (IDMS) at Sacramento International Airport in order to automate management of individual identities and access privileges under an efficient and secure IT environment. The desired IDMS developed and/or recommended should eliminate the need for a paper-based processes as well as consolidate access control features into a single IT platform.
