REQUEST FOR PROPOSALS: Automated Concession Agreement at Sacramento International Airport

The Sacramento County Department of Airports issued a Request for Proposal (RFP) for Automated Concession Agreement at Sacramento International Airport. Please contact Jennifer Simkins at (916) 874-0917 or via e-mail at simkinsj@saccounty.net with questions. Sacramento County policy provides Disadvantaged Business Enterprises and all other businesses an equal opportunity to participate.

The mandatory Pre-Proposal meeting is October 2, 2018 in Terminal B at Sacramento International Airport

Proposals are due October 30, 2018.

 

REQUEST FOR QUALIFICATIONS: Architectural Consulting Services

The Sacramento County Department of Airports is soliciting Statement of Qualifications (SOQs) from qualified architectural consulting firms to provide architectural, civil, structural, mechanical, electrical, security electronics design and construction phase services for projects and design contracts.

Deadline for questions is Aug. 10, 2018.

Deadline for SOQs is 2 p.m. PDT Sept. 7, 2018.

 

REQUEST FOR PROPOSALS: Retail, Kiosk and Specialty Coffee Concession Agreements

The Sacramento County Department of Airports is currently soliciting proposals for Retail, Kiosk and Specialty Coffee Concession Agreements in Terminals A and B at Sacramento International Airport (SMF). 

A mandatory Pre-Proposal Conference is scheduled for April 12, 2018 at 9:30 a.m. 

Proposals are due 2 p.m. Pacific Standard Time on June 14, 2018.

 

REQUEST FOR PROPOSALS: Development and Operation of Hotel, Travel Center, and Mixed Use Development along the Interstate 5 Corridor at Sacramento International Airport

Sacramento County Department of Airports (Department) is issuing this Request for Proposals (RFP) to allow firms to submit their qualifications and proposals to develop and operate hotel(s), travel center, and commercial mixed use development along the Interstate 5 corridor at the Sacramento International Airport (SMF or Airport).

A mandatory Pre-Proposal Meeting is scheduled April 18, 2018 at 10 a.m.

Proposals are due 2 p.m. Pacific Standard Time on Wednesday, May 23, 2018.
